2. Purpose
These terms govern the booking of guided tours, free tours and private tours in Barcelona offered through https://barkenotours.com. Placing a booking implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Services and prices
Free tours are free of charge, with a voluntary tip. Paid and private tours have the price shown on each tour page, taxes included where applicable. The price in force at the time of booking applies.
4. Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Card and Bizum payments are processed securely through the BBVA Virtual POS (Redsys); Barkeno Tours does not store your card details. You will receive confirmation by email.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or change the date of your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts, with a full refund. After that period, no cancellations or date changes are accepted and no refund applies. Barkeno Tours may cancel due to force majeure or adverse weather, offering a new date or a full refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same card or payment method used, within a maximum of 30 days.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law (TRLGDCU), leisure services provided on a specific date are exempt from the right of withdrawal; the cancellation policy above applies instead.
8. User obligations
Please provide accurate details and arrive on time at the meeting point. No-shows are not entitled to a refund.
9. Buyer protection and security
Payments are handled through the BBVA secure payment gateway. See our privacy policy and cookie policy for how we handle your data.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent courts are those of the consumer's place of residence.
